When the first phase of the promenade was completed, Cleveleys Seafront Partnership was created. The vision was that the stunning public space created by the new sea defences should be a well used facility, that is enjoyed and explored by residents and visitors alike.

Wyre Borough Council instigated the group, which is an independent group run by volunteers, and is currently in the process of becoming a Community Interest Company.

The Partnership is dedicated to the conservation and enhancement of the seafront, and encouraging the vibrant community of Wyre and the Fylde coast to work together with other groups and organisations to actively promote the use of the new promenade and the revamped Jubilee Gardens. This whole area has the potential for being a vibrant and exciting centre for entertainment and the arts, as well as a springboard for encouraging the regeneration and growth of Cleveleys as a family orientated tourist destination.
