For 2010, Cleveleys Jubilee weekend has been retired and replaced with a new, more dynamic and exciting event, the Cleveleys Sea Festival, which will be held on July 4th.

The Partnership are currently tendering for an Event Manager to plan and run the day, which will be bigger and better than ever before, and a stepping stone to the Festival in 2011 which will celebrate completion of the first stage of the Seafront Artwork project.

There will be a parade along the promenade, right from Kingsway to Jubilee Gardens, in celebration of it's completion and opening. Community groups and schools are invited to take part, in an extravaganza of colour and celebration of the sea, dressed in costumes and masks made before the event.

There will be music and entertainment, on the high street, plaza, promenade and Jubilee Gardens, and it will be a day not to be missed!
